I got two static IPs configured at our end. I want to configure Redhat Linux 9 with DNS, so that, I can point my domain to one of this static IP. Please help.
If you are using BIND then it sounds to me like you to want read http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/DNS-HOWTO.html to learn how to setup your name server. If you are new to name servers then you might want to consider installing an alternative name server such as djbdns - http://cr.yp.to/djbdns.html.
