dmraid ntfs partition not mountable - NTFS Signature missing - Win7 is fine

Hi folks,

I installed debian wheezy on my gaming hardware to see whats coming up. The installation is on a fake-raid of of a nvidia sata raid. No mayor issue while installing but one thing bugs me. I can't mount one of the ntfs partition of my win7 installation.

Following is what I tried so far. Any one has some more debugging ideas?

Just mount
Code:
root@mainframe:/dev/mapper# mount  /dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae5 /media
mount: you must specify the filesystem type
Mount with -t ntfs
Code:
root@mainframe:/dev/mapper# mount -t ntfs /dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae5 /media/
NTFS signature is missing.
Failed to mount '/dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae5': Invalid argument
The device '/dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae5' doesn't seem to have a valid NTFS.
Maybe the wrong device is used? Or the whole disk instead of a
partition (e.g. /dev/sda, not /dev/sda1)? Or the other way around?
What are those files
Code:
root@mainframe:/dev/mapper# file -s /dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae*
/dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae:  x86 boot sector; partition 1: ID=0x7, active, starthead 32, startsector 2048, 204800 sectors; partition 2: ID=0x7, starthead 223, startsector 206848, 97056768 sectors; partition 4: ID=0xf, starthead 254, startsector 97263870, 875388674 sectors, code offset 0x63, OEM-ID "      м", Bytes/sector 190, sectors/cluster 124, reserved sectors 191, FATs 6, root entries 185, sectors 64514 (volumes <=32 MB) , Media descriptor 0xf3, sectors/FAT 20644, heads 6, hidden sectors 309755, sectors 2147991229 (volumes > 32 MB) , physical drive 0x7e, dos < 4.0 BootSector (0x0)

/dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae2: x86 boot sector, code offset 0x52, OEM-ID "NTFS    ", sectors/cluster 8, reserved sectors 0, Media descriptor 0xf8, heads 255, hidden sectors 206848, dos < 4.0 BootSector (0x80)
/dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae5: data

The only thing I can think of is that it does not mount or give out anything "useful" is due to the partition being a logical partition...

Code:
root@mainframe:/dev/mapper# fdisk -l /dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae

Disk /dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae: 498.0 GB, 497999937536 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 60545 cylinders, total 972656128 sectors
Units = sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 65536 bytes / 131072 bytes
Disk identifier: 0x64ef69b8

                     Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae1   *        2048      206847      102400    7  HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae2          206848    97263615    48528384    7  HPFS/NTFS/exFAT

Partition 4 does not start on physical sector boundary.
/dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae5       474755072   972652543   248948736    7  HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/mapper/pdc_djjieidcae6        97263872   474755071   188745600   8e  Linux LVM

Partition table entries are not in disk order

You simply can not trust these! "The installation is on a fake-raid..."
