distribution for gnomemeeting/logitech quickcam

I have been using Red Hat 8 and 9, now Fedora Core 1. I want to use Gnomemeeintg, I have a Logitech QuickCam and my audio card is an integrated 82801BA/BAM AC '97.

If I try to use Gnomemeeting I have problems with the audio when I plug in the camera in the USB port. I don't have the time to sort this out, I am wondering if by chance anyone knows if there is a distro where this is likely to work "out of the box".

Thanks!
