I have 14.2 standard, not current. I did try up update to current, slackpkg went busy for a while, but the results were I found I was in brown smellyu stuff up to my ears. At that stage, mesa-17,x was in current, and everything else seemed to be built against mesa-11.x, so that explained a lot of it. I was thankful to restore order, and I'll cast a jaundiced eye over things before I try that again.

I didn't do a full install - notably kde, some X crap, and servers aren't needed here, along with their utilities. There is some SBo and some personally compiled packages.

FWIW, business kid, I checked Current and it doesn't have it either. The deal breaker is Sphinx which has a dozen dependencies I'm reticent to install and FWIW the web version isn't a treat either. If it ween't for it's popularity in gaming I'd never mess with such a bloated turkey, yet it doesn't even have a 32 bit version nor a proper setup suite. One must just assume the auto sound setup will do a proper job. PITA.

Just FTR, I recently installed the latest Arch to play around some, and Discord is a huge pita there, too.
