Disabling antialias in Firefox

I'm using KDE and Firefox. Fonts in Firefox are antialiased and I don't want that because at small sizes they are unreadable. How can I disable anti-aliasing in Firefox toolbar (File Edit View Go Bookmarks Tools Help), and in the browser itself (pages) ?

Also, when I pass the mouse over the icons (Back Forward Reload...) there is an ugly 3D frame that shows I'm over a certain icon. How can I prevent Firefox from showing this 3D frame around the hovered icon?

I have tried just about trick on this board

It's not the tooltips it's the highlight 3D effect on mouse hover...
