disable alt-left mouse button move window (ubuntu-mate)

Ok I've tried it seems everything,
the most common suggested solution is editing dConf editor

http://ubuntuguide.net/disable-alt-c...s-ubuntu-12-04

but NOTHING seems to work for me in ubuntu-mate 16.04.

Anyone?

Have you been able to successfully change the mouse-button-modifier using dconf-editor to any other key but '<alt>'?

In other words, if you set mouse-button-modifier to another key e.g. '<Super>' , does the Super key now do what did the alt key did previously?
