DISABLE accessX in KDE

Is it possible to deactivate the accessX shortcuts in kde? example: if I hold shift for five seconds, I get a popup window asking if I want to enable mouse keys. each time, I select disable, but there is no way to make it remember this permanently. I do NOT need this, ever!
