Question DirectFB, Udev problems on Debian Etch

I try to install DirectFB on console on pure Debian Etch without any x-windows. I try to install DirectFB using apt-get, dpkg, and direct compile from tarballs, but with the same result:
I had problems every time the application try to start DirectFB:

" ---------------------- DirectFB v0.9.25 ---------------------
(c) 2000-2002 convergence integrated media GmbH
(c) 2002-2004 convergence GmbH
-----------------------------------------------------------

(*) DirectFB/Core: Single Application Core. (2006-12-04 07:00)
(*) Direct/Memcpy: Using MMXEXT optimized memcpy()
(!) Direct/Util: opening '/dev/fb0' and '/dev/fb/0' failed
--> No such file or directory
(!) DirectFB/FBDev: Error opening framebuffer device!
(!) DirectFB/FBDev: Use 'fbdev' option or set FRAMEBUFFER environment variable.
(!) DirectFB/Core: Could not initialize 'system' core!
--> Initialization error!"

After I search, there is no
"/dev/fb0" or "/dev/fb/0"
files, but there is a file called:
"/dev/.static/dev/fb0"

Earlier, I had installed DirectFB software on other distro (Mandriva, Fedora) succesfully.

Is this problem related to udev or something else?
How to solve this problem?

Thank you for all the answers.
