I know that this is nearly impossible, but do you happen to have IBM ThinkPad ????
If so could you send me all the info on monitor and graphic that you have (I need it to configure XFreeConfig).
And even if you dont have could you send it anyway, there is a small chance that it will work on my notebook also. Thanks, a lot.

Nope, sorry - I've got an IBM but it's not a Thinkpad. And not only that, but it doesn't have X on it at the moment so I don't have a config to send you. I'll see if I can dig out an old one from some backed up files if you want but, really, I doubt it would apply - it's a desktop and wasn't even using an IBM monitor - and I haven't had all that much luck with XF86Config. I was using a busted monitor to begin with, so it might have been coincidence and might not have been my fault or Vector's, but my monitor *did* die right after fighting with X configuration. Don't think you want *that* one. :D

I'm sure someone will be able to help you out, though. There have to be some Thinkpad users out there. Or do a websearch - is the problem knowing what rates to tell Config? See if you can find some specs on the web. Stuff like that is always very hard for me to find but I do dig it up eventually, usually.

Which model Stinkpad are you trying to setup?

I have 365XD StinkPad :).
If it is any help the type of the notebook is 2625-6R3.
I've found out about the graphic card. Now the only think I need is
1. Resolution and how many herz I have on my "monitor"
2. the veritcal refresh and horizontal sync.

I know that I have DSTN LCD type. I've checked on IBM page but I couldn't find anything that would help me out, they have only general info, not the specifications.
