Are there any difference between XGL and Xorg server??? And AIGLX? Is the latest version of Xorg server integrated with AIGLX or XGL??

XGL is a standalone X server, it completely replaces XOrg. The new XOrg server (since version 7.1 I believe) has builtin support for AiGLX, which is GLX rendering through an XOrg server, rather than needing an entirely separate one. If you're trying to decide between one or the other, for all intents and purposes, it's much easier, and you get the same functionality, by using a newer version of the XOrg.
