Diff between RPMS

I want to know that bind-libs-9.2.4-30.el4_8.4:20 and bind-libs-9.2.4-30.el4_8.4 are same packages or different.

When I do up2date --showall the package bind-libs-9.2.4-30.el4_8.4:20 is not in listed packages.I can see package bind-libs-9.2.4-30.el4_8.4.

where can I find bind-libs-9.2.4-30.el4_8.4:20 package?

rpm.pbone.net is a good site or try RedHat.
