devilspie and blackbox

Hi,

I am using blackbox and I want to have always on all (4) Desktops the kxkb in order to see and change whenever I want the language on my keyboard. Therefor I am trying to use devilspie but it doesn't work. the kxkb stays only to one Desktop.
I don't know much about the whole thing so I just changed a little bit the sample devilspie file.

My .devilspie.xml file is this:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE devilspie SYSTEM "devilspie.dtd">

<devilspie>
<flurb name="kxkb on all Desktops">
<matchers>
<matcher name="DevilsPieMatcherWindowName">
<property name="application_name" value="kxkb"/>
</matcher>
</matchers>
<actions>
<action name="DevilsPieActionSetWorkspace">
<property name="pinned" value="TRUE"/>
</action>
</actions>
</flurb>

is there anything more I should add? I saw and tried too many examples but still nothing.

Thanks a lot!!
