Desktop Icon, Help!!!

How would I put this instruction that I run in my KConsole into an Icon, so that when I click it, it runs the script?

/home/teo/Programs/rdesktop/rdesktop -u Teo -p 120179

I haven't been able to figure that one out yet. I want to have an icon on the desktop that I just click and it will open the remote desktop connection without having to open the Console and do it manually.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

On RH I only have to right-click on the desktop and select NewLauncher.
From there specify name, command and icon.
Hope this helps,
