adesklets: http://adesklets.sourceforge.net/

After you install it, download one of these desklets. Extract them, run the python script that they come with once, and then close it. From that point on, the 'adesklets' command will open any script that you ran previously.

I use the weather one and the modular toolbar (since Enlightenment doesn't include a digital clock).

-basically you open up the command prompt and type nameofscript.py

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
