Desired delay in potfix

I'm running a postfix server for the students at our school. I need to make the server queue emails, but not send them out until after 3:00 pm, when the network load is not as great. Could I have a push in the right direction?

I'm only pondering why the delay? Email being sent out should not be a heavy load at all. If it is a load, the only reason I can see a big load would be larger files being sent across along with the type of hardware used, what else is being served on this server and how many users? If its cause they are sending out larger emails, why not limit the size of emails to be sent instead of having all the emails be sent after a specific time, which would be a load upon itself.

The students will be emailing files to outside accessible accounts, so we can't limit the size. I thought it would be best to make it wait until after school because the students wouldn't be able to use the sent emails until they got home anyways, then unused throughput after school hours would be used to lessen the load during school hours. The reason the load during school is such a big deal is because our school uses this: https://esis.ncwise.org/fservlet/f60servlet?config=esis
