Dependency conflict

I'm trying to get a program named Zabbix installed.

I am running Red Hat Enterprise 3.

I need to get the package mysql-3.23.58-1 installed.

The problem is when I attempt to install, it says the package perl-DBD-MySQL-2.1021-3 is needed.

When I attempt to install perl-DBD-MySQL-2.1021-3, it says a library called libmysqlclient is needed. It suggest that mysql-3.23.58-1 be installed,

Help. How do I overcome this? Each package asking that the other one be installed first. I have never experienced this kind of conflict before.

Also, if you have experience with Zabbix, how did you get it working on Red Hat? What additional installs did you have to install?
