[SOLVED] Deleting Thunderbird Markdown Add-on from Ubuntu 12.04

Since I downloaded Markdown, a Thunderbird add-on into my Ubuntu 12.04
computewr tonight, I haven't been able to access Thunderbird Mail. This
add-on appears whenever I click on Mail. I'll appreciate any help or advice on deletiung this software.

Problem Now Solved:

I've just deleted the Markdown add-on via the following path.

Thunderbird Mail > Tools > Add-ons > Extensions
