deleting all of contributes LCK and mno files

Various people have been using contribute on this site I'm helping out with and its has made a mess of it. Theres .mno files everywhere, and .LCK, and then the .mno.LCK files too. We're not going to be using contribute anymore, and I'm trying to delete all these things. Is there a way to do a recursive delete only on *.LCK files? I tried rm -r *.LCK, but no luck. How can I do this in bash? There are several levels of sub directories in the site and I don't want to do this by hand.
