dejadup restore

Hi, due to a crash, I lost a file, quizzes1.odt

I have it backed up on an external drive, but I don't know how to restore just that file, not the whole home directory.

Can I somehow tell dejadup to just restore that particular file??

If that can't be done: what will happen when I do a restore? Will all other files I have be overwritten with the older versions in the back-up? How does this work?

I certainly do not want all files overwritten.
