Default monitor arrangement in Fedora 23 Gnome

Hi all,

Minor annoyance here. I have a dual monitor setup with my laptop running Fedora 23, and I would like to set up my arrangement such that the external (secondary) monitor is arranged to the left of the laptop (primary) display. This is possible using the native GNOME system settings (Settings > Display > Arrange Combined Display), but every time I unplug my laptop the system resets - such that the secondary monitor is arranged to the right of the primary display the next time I plug it in.

Is there a way to fix this in the shell or otherwise?

Thanks!
