Last night I upgraded from Mandrake 9.1 to 9.2.
Everything seemed to work fine, I've been playing CD's, no prob.
But it seems there's no way my OSS driver can be used. If I want to play an mp3 file, (or any PCM audio)
Yesterday
totem would play everything, but now it says:
GET CONFIGURATION failed with SK=2h/ASC=3ah/ASCQ=00h
XMMS gives me the usual three-step-dialog, (Please check that: ...)
And mpg123 tells me it can't open /dev/dsp: device or resource busy.
This gives me nothing:
[root@localhost] /home/wuck/audio (#) fuser -v /dev/dsp
[root@localhost] /home/wuck/audio (#)
And this seems to be ok:
[root@localhost] /home/wuck/audio (#) lsmod | grep 'sn'
