Debian Pure-ftpd dpkg report 421 service error

Name (127.0.0.1:root): aaa
331 User aaa OK. Password required
Password:
421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection
Login failed.
No control connection for command: Success
ftp> quit

i tried pure-ftpd pure-ftpd-postgresql pure-ftpd-mysql

All i got was 421 Service not available...

Anyone could have a look at it???
