apt-get install debian-backports-keyring

BTW, Googling any of the "NO_PUBKEY EA8E8B2116BA136C" lines will lead you to the thousands of other people that have had this problem.

That worked. I am very grateful to you all!

BTW if I want to download something like the Deb version of skype, I should able to use aptitude to browse my hard drive and install it much like Slackware pkgtool, right? Because I tried this a while ago and it did not work.

Thanks either way...

This is what I got from the foo.Deb command

zaika:/home/siawash# dpkg -i foo.deb
dpkg: error processing foo.deb (--install):
cannot access archive: No such file or directory
Errors were encountered while processing:
foo.deb

You need to replace foo.deb with the actually deb file you downloaded.
Code:
dpkg -i file_you_downloaded.deb
