Debian Exim4 SMTP Auth TLS?

I currently have exim4-light installed on sarge and working fine, but I would like to secure it using smtp auth over tls. I found this page, but it only uses one username and one password. I would like all my users to be able to authenticate using their own usernames and passwords. I will also like to install imap functionality in the future.

Does anyone know how to adjust the suggestions on the above page for user by user authentication, or know of a better source or how-to I could follow?
