Unhappy data transfer from windows server

Hello
i am using a fedora machine. Can anyone please tell me how can i transfer data between a remote windows server? Is it possible?
I just have the following informations

server name=ts.du.ac.in
port=22
username
password


please help me. If it is possible with gftp then please give detail instructions as i already tried that and failed.

If you are on Windows and have ssh details of Fedora machine, then transfer is quite easy. You can do it via using gFTP (use SFTP connection instead of normal FTP to use port 22) or you can install free WinSCP utility for transfer.
