Angry data file copy from excel (win 7) to linux virtual box(oracle)


i want to insert records using sql loader into tables but data file is saved on windows in excel format. i want to copy or move that file ie data from that file to virtualbox - oracle.
how can i do this? so that i can use sql loader cmd for insertion?

there are different ways to move files between main os and virtual os. you can use ftp , rsync , samba .... .
i think ftp is easiest way .
also it depens on your virtual system . is it have gui . what distro are you using?
