I am looking for some advice as to how I can acheive access to my company database via the internet. We are currently using MS Access which allow the creation of data access pages which are just html documents which link to the database. These pages were placed on an Apache server and worked fine on the intranet but would not connect to the dabase from a public ip. I have spent two days searching and googling for a solution and have come to the conclusion it is because these pages are not on a MS IIS server (but nothing conclusive). If someone knows how I could implement Access data access pages on Apache that would be great

If not what are some other ways I can go about this. If I moved the data into mySQL what are some front end options, would java and html work? If not what might?

I am really frustrated with the MS Access DAP's not working, if anyone has successfully deployed these on Apache I would love to know how you got it to work
