dat,asf,avi,wma,Avseq r not playing
 

please help me
i am using linux redhat 8.0
my sound install succesfully the builtin software xmms is not playing the dat,asf,avi,wma,Avseq,mp3 files

Secondly my alsaplayer only plays the mp3 songs file
it also not playing the dat,asf,avi,wma,Avseq files

what shall i do ur advice will be convinent for me in this matter
