DarkIce No Sound Problem

I am trying to setup XMMS to stream to shoutcast.

This is my setup. ( i had to remove the www or it wouldnt let me post it "with out 5 or more posts")

Everything is working fine. Track names change, the shoutcast goes up, shows me connected. But no sound

I have it dumping to a local file also, I test it out. It is just silence.
So it is recording, but not the sound. Could someone tell me maybe whats wrong?

i also have the same problem ... it says connected , but no sound from /dev/dsp ... i tried with mpg321 -o oss file.mp3 , and it gives sound to my speakers , but darkice is not able to get the sound and broadcast it ... anyone could help ? i already had this working once ... but when re-installing it just wont work !
