Try to open the file in the browser using
Code:
file => open file

Well, putting
Code:
/usr/local/dans/var/log/dansguardian/html/March-11-2011.html
in the addressbar should work.
However, you could change the settings in the conf file, and change the
Code:
$parser_output_dir
variable to the root directory from your webserver.
