Searching for "bin cue mount" on this site, a program called bchunk is often mentioned for converting bin/cue files to iso image files. According to one poster, older .bin files (type 1) are equivalent to iso image files and can be mounted the same way.
You might also try creating an image file using k3b. You can opt to create the image file rather than burning to a CDROM.
There may also be a KDE program that will mount it.
