cyrus pop3 problem

I hope you can help me! I have a problem with the cyrus pop3 server.
from one day to the other it stoped working although I haven't changed the configuration.
The Imap Server still works, but pop3 do not respond to a connection (although the connection on port 100 ist established)

Maybe it could have something to do that my IP adress changed, but I already updated the host-table....

Does somebody has an Idea??
