CVS Linux

Hi, [yep, I searched]

I want to setup a CVS server on my Redhat 7.3 Linux box and allow client CVS on windows.

Should I use WebCVS? I haven't done this before so any suggestions / tutorials / advice is appreciated!

I'd like the widows users to be able to use some kind of GUI to shell or ssl into my linux cvs server.

You've got about 147 options from freshmeat:

Mainly, I'd say look at something like:

For the gui, but you'll certainly need:
To get cvs running first

CVS choice

WOW, so much to chose from. Kind'a makes it difficult to get started on the right track.

I've made some selections but will take some time and trials to select one.

Anyone have a prefered CVS system they like best?

Will try to do some installs/testing and post results. Oh, I did try Tourtoise CVS but ran into some serious snags. I asked some friends about Tourtoise and they say its not as cracked up as it advertises. Familiar with it?
