Customise KDE Konqueror 'Create New' items

Is there a way to customize the items under 'create new', 'file' ...
The default items include Koffice formats, but I would like to add OpenOffice formats

For example: Create new Word Document (or OO word).

(Incidently, the items under create 'new device', I have never used in 3 years, but I create 2-3 Word documents daily. It would be good to change these types of defaults - example - Create new floppy device(?)

If you don't like that menu, you can create your own custom menu--
open KDE control center and click desktop > behavior
in the middle of right pane you'll see "clicks on desktop"
the right click is the one you want.....click on it and change it to.....
custom menu 1 or 2 and edit to your hearts content.........
