cupsd, many "modprobe: can't locale device /dev/usbxx" at boot..

hi all,

back to this wonderful forum for some help . I've installed cupsd and foomatic in my Gentoo distribution.
As in the subject, when i booot, at the moment of the cupsd executable loading, i see about 30 messages "modprobe: can't locate device.. " for all the usb device that i really don't have in the /dev folder.

I've installed it with rc-update add cups default.
If i start kde, stop and restart cups ina a terminal, then i don't get any error message anymore and also it work so i can print.

I will really appreciate any help or suggestion to solve this problem.
Infinite thanks B7
