cryptocard

Hi everyone,

I am looking for an open source package to replace my cryptocard client. I use this software at home to authenticate myself and log in to work. It is created by a company named Cryptocard Corp. :) Anyone know of a free/open source version? Thanks in advance.

I actually didn't word this right, I am using Cryptocard in Win 2K and am trying to find a similar tool to use in Linux...part of my last attempt to completely move to Linux. Tx.

CRYPTOCard has a Client that runs on Linux. Have you looked at it? It is downloadable from the CRYPTOCard website. I know ... I work for them :-)

Hi Judy,

Thanks for the hint.

I went to their site and saw CRYPTO-Server. I just looked again and see that there is a CRYPTO-Logon app, which is probably what you are referring to. However, it's not free and I am definitely not in a position to spend any money at the moment (school costs over 30K/yr).

My manager told me that he found a free java crypto app online, but I can't find it.

$499.00 U.S. buys you a complete 5-user kit with all components ... just in case you were interested.
