crond wont' work!

Well I have a script I would like to execute. For now I put it at all times.

* * * * * /home/mark/Desktop/killazureus.sh

I did a killall of crond and then /usr/sbin/crond and it says it's running but it doesn't use work. I chmoded to 777 to the script and to the crontab file which is named cron.txt. I did a crontab /var/spool/cron/crontabs/cron.txt and then a crontab -l to list the file and it says it's using the file. It's just not working! Help por favor.

Nevermind I Thought you started it with /usr/sbin/crond but I guess not. Iwas reading through a page and I found out to start the deamon you have to type crond in the root console. SOrry to waste your time.
