crond timeouts ?

I've made a script to run webalizer stats for my server and it runs perfectly when running manually but the script runs webalizer and gzip and they both take alot of time. I have a wait command after each command so it doesn't run away from the commands without finishing them.
But I've been running it as a cron.daily program and it doesn't do all the stats, only a are done and then it seems to quit or timeout.

The script could take well up to 10-15 minutes to run. Is that to long for cron (Vixie Cron) ?

Any advice on this is gladly appreciated.
