Cron script help

I'm looking to write a cron script to do the following.

Copy all files from a shared folder on an XP box to a specific folder on my Fedora Core 1 box. If the files to be copied already exist on the linux box, do not overwrite. I want the script to run everyday @ 4 am.

I'm rather new to the whole Linux world. Help would be appreciated.

You could put cygwin on the Windows box and grab the files using a tool called rsync on the Linux box.
You should be able to file some examples with the search feature of this web site.
