Cron Job to Repair MySQL tables?

Hi there, I'm having a problem at the moment where my host (using cPanel) keep killing off any MySQL process which spikes above 20% of CPU usage. As a result, my site keeps getting corrupted and I have to keep on logging into phpMyAdmin and repairing the tables. Is there anyway I can automate this by cron?
