Creating New Partitions in linux

HI there,

I have installed Fedora 2 on my machine and i used "Automatically partition" which basically created for me
Code:

Filesystem          1K-blocks      Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hdb2            50300664  6532240  41213288  14% /
/dev/hdb1              101086      6035    89832  7% /boot
none                    63064        0    63064  0% /dev/shm

I want to creat more partitions and resize / to be smaller than this and make /usr partition and /home,
how can i do that without haveing the need to reinstall the whole thing and start from scratch , Is there any possible way to do this, like in windows we have partition magic that help in partitioning what can i do in linux?

Thanks.
