creating dvd iso out of cd iso(s) + genisoimage error

hi guys I am following this guide to burn a redhat 9 dvd out of the 3 cds i have.

A couple of things to know:

1)all the isos are in ~/
2)all the folders where the isos are mounted are in ~/
3)the isolinux folder from cd 1 is copied to ~/
4).discinfo is the file copied from cd 1 into ~/
4)this command is being run from ~/

Code:
oj@ubuntupwr:~$ sudo mkisofs -o shrike-i386-dvd.iso -b isolinux/isolinux.bin -c isolinux/boot.cat -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 -boot-info-table -R -m TRANS.TBL -x shrike-i386-disc1/.discinfo -x shrike-i386-disc1/isolinux -graft-points shrike-i386-disc1 .discinfo=.discinfo isolinux/=isolinux RedHat/=shrike-i386-disc2/RedHat RedHat/=shrike-i386-disc3/RedHat
I hit enter and text scrolls by a bit fast to track but it stops here..

Code:
Using BONOB000.RPM;1 for shrike-i386-disc1/RedHat/RPMS/bonobo-conf-devel-0.16-5.i386.rpm (bonobo-conf-0.16-5.i386.rpm)
Using BONOB001.RPM;1 for shrike-i386-disc1/RedHat/RPMS/bonobo-activation-devel-2.2.0-4.i386.rpm (bonobo-activation-2.2.0-4.i386.rpm)
Using BITMA000.RPM;1 for shrike-i386-disc1/RedHat/RPMS/bitmap-fonts-cjk-0.3-2.noarch.rpm (bitmap-fonts-0.3-2.noarch.rpm)
Using AUTHC000.RPM;1 for shrike-i386-disc1/RedHat/RPMS/authconfig-4.3.4-1.i386.rpm (authconfig-gtk-4.3.4-1.i386.rpm)
Using AUDIO000.RPM;1 for shrike-i386-disc1/RedHat/RPMS/audiofile-devel-0.2.3-6.i386.rpm (audiofile-0.2.3-6.i386.rpm)
Using ALCHE000.RPM;1 for shrike-i386-disc1/RedHat/RPMS/alchemist-devel-1.0.26-1.i386.rpm (alchemist-1.0.26-1.i386.rpm)
Using BOOT000.CAT;1 for isolinux/boot.cat (boot.cat)
genisoimage: Error: '(null)' and 'isolinux/boot.cat' have the same Rock Ridge name 'boot.cat'.
Unable to sort directory isolinux
NOTE: multiple source directories have been specified and merged into the root
of the filesystem. Check your program arguments. genisoimage is not tar.
oj@ubuntupwr:~$
I am using this guide here to create DVD iso out of the cds..
The explanation of what the codes does is also on the page.

Can anyone tell me what that error means? I know there is no extra space or such before or after -c isoliunx/boot.cat command
