Creating a NURBS model and exporting/converting to IGES

Hi All,

I need an open-source/GPL application which can create a NURBS model and export it in IGES format. Another option is to convert the output into IGES (using a 2nd application).

Ayam does NURBS but exports only in RIB, DXF, 3DM, 3DMF, OBJ, X3D (I think DXF does not support NURBS).

Any ideas?.
