create a system restore disc/partition
 

ive been reading for a few weeks and cant figure out anyway to automate a system restore.
computer starts>bios shows up>press F8 for system restore>Linux Starts

and if you hit f8 then obviously it would prompt you about the system restore.


anyone know a way to do that?
