Create A Proxy Server

I got to a school that blocks every type of website that I try to go to and it's bugging me so I'd like to create a proxy server that I can connect to and have it send me the websites through a secure connection. The blocking program cannot block secure connections because it cannot 'see' what they are. I want to connect from my school to my server (https://myserver.com) and have the server fetch all pages for me and send them over the secure connection so I can view anything I want. If anyone knows how to do this let me know..
