Crackling Noise when Mouse is moved on Roland UA-M10

Good evening everyone (germany).

first of all some specs:
I have three drives in my computer.
On the first drive i've installed Windows.
On the second Fedora 25 and on the third Debian 9.
The following problem only occurs in Debian 9.

I owe an external soundcard.
It's the Roland UA-M10 that works plug and play in fedora and debian.
The problem is, everytime my cursor "gets over" or "is" in an responsive zone my headphones/speakers receive a crack from that external soundcard. (It does NOT occur on the internal soundcard: HDA-Intel - HDA Intel PCH).
With responsive zones i mean (for example) if i move my cursor from a window to another or as a better example: if i move my cursor over an border, over an hyperlink, over an area that gets highlighted, over a Button, over a Textfield ... i can hear a crack noise.
If i don't move the cursor everything is normally quiet.

I already tried to edit the config file /etc/pulse/default.pa and set "tsched=0" after "load-module module-udev-detect". I also tried to set the sample-rate to 44100 and 48000. At 48000 i couldn't get my soundcard running.

Anybody an Idea why it only occurs in Debian and only on my external soundcard?

Greetings from germany,
Kedakai

I would be comparing possible audio driver configuration differences between Fedora and Debian (in /etc/modprobe.d/...) eg is power-saving enabled in one and disabled in the other?

It might also be worth checking differences with interrupts assigned. (I once had a laptop which had sound sharing with the video driver which was a bit unfortunate.)

Code:

cat /proc/interrupts

I already checked /proc/interrupts but it didn't show anything special on the Soundcard. It wasn't shared with my Graphics Card or anything.

I will look into the configuration files when i arrive at home from holidays tomorrow.
Many thanks for the reply though...
