CPU Running in Modulated Clock Mode

I searched and couldn't find an answer for this..maybe someone can help me out.

I have an alienware area-51m and it seems that once my laptop starts to work hard (like compiling, running a lot of programs, etc) the fan speeds up and gets pretty hot. This seems normal, but what is sooo freakin annoying is that i'll be in multiple terminals and in each shell this will pop up like 4 times at once:

CPU0: Running in modulated clock mode...
CPU1: Running in modulated clock mode...

Is there anyway to turn this message off? I tried deselecting CPU Frequency Scaling in my kernel (I have a Pentium 4 Desktop processor in the laptop..i dont think it uses frequency scaling..someone correct me if i am wrong). That didnt work. I don't want to take off kernel reporting completely..i just want to shut this annoying message off. Anything I can do? Thanks.
