Couple of Q's (KSim + Removing Menu Items)

Hi guys
1) Can i remove these three buttons from the kde menu? 'Logout...', 'Lock Session' and 'Switch User' I have them on a panel elsewhere so do not need them, they only take up extra space and get in the way.

2)I can add a panel called KSim but i cant seem to add or modify it in anyway, i have tried right clicking all over it but i dont get any options to configure it, i have seen it where people have their CPU status and Memory status up, i would like this aswell, can u please tell me how.

Cheers for your help guys

1) There's a program called kmenu or kmenuedit or something like that have you used that to try to remove them?
