Corrupt Windows Server boot.ini after RH Linux 9.0 install

I installed RH Linux 9.1 on one of my partions of my hard drive. I already had Windows XP Pro and Windows Server 2003 working fine. I went through the procedure of the install of linux and everything worked fine. I am able to get into Linux and into Windows XP. I however can't get into Windows Sever, I get the following error message when choosing server from the boot menu

Windows could not restart because the following file is missing or corrupt:

<windows root>\system 32\ntoskrnl.exe.

Please re-install a copy of the above file.

I know I can fix this problem with the recovery console on the server installation disk but I'm afraid it will reload the mbr so I wont be able to get into Linux anymore. I am also confused as to why server and not xp would be affected. I may not have explained my problem too well but any help or suggestions on how I could fix the boot.ini without re-installing server or if I had to re-install server how I would be able to get back into Linux after would be great.

Thanks in advance.

The (windows) recovery console doesn't reload your MBR unless you force it to with fdisk /mbr. Just load up the recovery console and extract the missing file from CD. Look around on the CD for a program, I think it's called extract, and then, you know, /help
