CORBA error on KDE 3.5

Hi,

I'm running CentOS 4.3 with KDE 3.5.

When I open network-config (for example), I get an error message telling me that there was an error loading/saving the config file. When I click on details, I see the following: Adding client to server failed, COBRA error:IDLmg.org/COBRA/CPMM_failure:1.0.

I get similar error messages with nearly everything I try to do with the GUI.

I'm not sure what is the problem. Any idea where I should look?

Thanks!
